Guests at Anna’s Home
This is the title of Greta’s review, a dear guest who stayed with us last month. We dedicated a post to her on this blog because she deeply touched our hearts with her words. Here is her review on TripAdvisor:
The English translation of the review: “I stayed at Mrs. Anna’s last weekend. The property is centrally located in the town of San Candido, convenient to all the services the area can offer. It has a convenient covered parking lot adjacent to the property, not so common in the area. The rooms are comfortable, finely furnished, and extremely clean, optionally served by an elevator. Furthermore, the excellent and tasty breakfast should be mentioned.
Having made this concise and essential review, I would like to enter Anna’s world; Zenana is not just a Boutique Hotel, it is a home. From it, you feel welcomed in every detail, every piece of furniture, every ornament, every fabric leads you to embark on an inner journey that pampers and spoils you, and orchestrating these sensations is the friendliness and competence of the landlady.
Staying with Anna is not simply staying overnight in a comfortable hotel; it is being welcomed into a home. More than just a stay, it is an experience.
Heartfelt thanks to Anna for this wonderful parenthesis.”
While reading Greta’s review, we were deeply touched by her words, because she was able to capture the essence of Zenana. For the first time since the opening of our hotel many years ago, we found our philosophy reflected in the words of a guest, written down for all to see.
The attention to detail in the décor, the ornaments reminiscent of our travels and past lives, the research for fabrics and decorations are all little luxuries and stories for our cherished guests. They are objects filled with wonder and familiarity, meant to make anyone staying at Zenana feel at home.
Yes, because “Zenana is not just a Boutique Hotel, it’s a home” and “staying with Anna is being welcomed into a home, where it’s more than just a stay, it’s an experience.”
Zenana is not just a Boutique Hotel, it’s a home.
Grazie, dear Greta.
