We are a Charming B&B in the Dolomites
Ofter we have requests for full board service, that was typical for mountains holidays in Italy back in the ’80s and ’90s. As expert travelers we decided to offer something different to our guests: offer rooms with views over the Dolomites with B&B formula. Why? Read below.

Since we left South Africa we traveled a lot: cruise holidays, relaxing beach holidays, cultural weekends and day trips; all these vacations had one thing in common, i.e. the variety of our food choices. Thanks to our past as restaurant’s owners we know that food is important, especially when you’re traveling because it is part of the local culture. Having lunch or dinner in a different place every day is part of the travel and the discovery of the destination where you are.
We are happy to suggest our guests a different place to eat every day in the Dolomites: from mountain cabins restaurants to typical Dolomites restaurants we have a good list of recommendations for every taste and budget in San Candido and surroundings.
Carming B&B in San Candido
Beoynd our official name includes the word “Hotel” our accommodation in San Candido is closer to a luxury Bed and Breakfast in the Dolomites than to an hotel. At Zenana we have only 9 rooms finely decorated and furnished, as well as equipped with all comforts. Every suite is dedicated to a legendary woman, whose characteristcs are reproduced thanks to colors, textiles and unique atmosphere – find out more about Suite Anastasia or Suite Lakshmi.
We are listed as 4 stars hotel because of the offered services, but the atmosphere at Zenana is more of a Boutique Bed and Breakfast. In fact we like to personally welcome our guests, have breakfast together, share our recommondations for restaurants and activites for the day. We like to say “Buona notte” and “Buongiorno”, because we like to have guests and not just clients.
